Search for information on small scale osmo-air dehydration equipments

Spider struggling to find info on suppliers of equipment osmo-air dehydration of pine-apple crawled into the web and rediscovered my Bloggers page. Have not visited it for over two years. Should make it a habit to visit daily and share and learn.
This is the season of pine-apple. They are in plenty in the market and the farmer growing it cannot retain it is selling them at woefully low price. They share their  plenty generously giving away free.
A poor women who works for me happily gave me five pine-apples worth Rs: 10 each. She refused accept payment saying she wished to share what nature gave her. I admire the traditional practice that still exists with the poor to share.
The better-off like us look at produce relating to income. Generosity in money devalues it.
Now my search was to find information to help our generous but poor pine-apple farmers to help preserve the pine-apple in forms  that can be retained longer so they can consume it or sell it or share it over time.
I am in search of  small scale equipment that can be used to make dehydrated sugar candies, syrup, and jam.
I welcome anyone  who has experience and information in this regard to share and lend your help.
Thanks
